UPDATE: Dr. Susan Block ‘s Emergency Surgery

First, we would like to report that Dr. Block’s condition has improved dramatically after her second operation on Monday, so much so that the first thing she talked about when she awoke was hosting the show this coming Saturday.We would also like to thank all of you who have written, we’ve gotten hundreds of emails, phone calls, Blog entries, cards and donations. In addition, the hospital staff who brought her back from the brink of death.As of today, she has been moved out of the ICU unit and is being well cared for, but of course there is still danger, life is delicate.
We expect she will be home in the next few days, where she can continue with her recovery.
We could write volumes but we will let Dr. Block tell the story and give you the details when she returns home safe and sound.
