The new Scarlet Letter doesn’t stand for simple “adultery” anymore, but for addiction—”sex addiction.”  But is it real?  This Saturday night’s live broadcast of The Dr. Susan Block Show will discuss the controversial subject of sex addiction: Is it a real psychological illness or a myth concocted by professional addictionologists, inflated by the sensation-hungry media and perpetrated by desperate-for-redemption celebrity “sex addicts” like David Duchovny and Tiger Woods? What do new concepts of “sin” and old panics about “nymphomania” have to do with it?  Joining international sexologist Dr. Susan Block on RadioSUZY1 will be Dr.  David Ley, author of the hot new book The Myth of Sex Addiction.   TS Porn Star Eva Lin and new Ideal Image Management contract girl Starry Knight will join us in-studio.  Continuing our celebration of Masturbation Month throughout May, one topic will be “masturbation addiction”: Can you really get “addicted” to masturbating?  What about “porn addiction”?
